(b) Enlisted active duty stationed at Travis.
(c) Spouses of, and enlisted active duty at bases
other than Travis.
(d) Spouses of and retired enlisted military personnel.
(e) Widows or widower of enlisted of the armed forces.
(f) Spouses of and active duty reservist or guard.
